ST. JOHN'S PARISH WEEKEND AWAY
Hiking trails, pool, tree swing, simple but well-appointed rooms, lots of free space for kids to roam, campfire and amazing food! Join us at The Bishop's Ranch in the Sonoma wine country for our annual Parish Weekend Away. This year we'll gather from Friday, 9/8 to Sunday, 9/10 for two days and two nights of fellowship, fun, rest, and spiritual development. Friday evening begins with a pot luck picnic on the on the lawn and the weekend closes with a worship service Sunday morning. The staff and clergy of St John's provide activities and program for all ages: some of which are age-specific, and some inter-generational. There's also plenty of free time.
COST
adult: age 19+ w/roommate ($200)
adult: age 19+ w/o roommate ($400)
youth: age 13-18 ($100)
child: age 5-12 ($50)
little 'un: age 0-4 (free)
5th/6th family member (free)
Saturday use: ($75)
NOTES
-Families of five or more pay for two adults and two children/youth, and the rest are free.
-Room assignments assume double occupancy.
-Single accommodations available on a limited basis for an additional fee.
-The cancellation policy allows for a refund minus a 5% administration fee until 8/17/23.
TYPICAL SCHEDULE
Friday
4pm check-in: Pot luck dinner on the lawn as folks arrive. Or, eat on the way.
6pm Evening prayer in the chapel
8pm: Welcome and introduction
Saturday
Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the refectory. Saturday programs for children, youth, and adults. Afternoon
free time for whatever you want. Evening campfire or program
Sunday
Breakfast in the refectory. Closing community and worship service with Holy Communion. Stick around for more swimming and playing as long as your rooms are clean
